Hello Les Mills Pumpers and Shredders! Share how it went for you this past week, and what are your goals for this week! Let's motivate each other by replying and offering encouragement to our group members.

Two weeks down so quickly! Time is going fast, and hopefully so are those pounds and inches.

Copy the link to the spreadsheet and post before Monday 6/4 (midnight). Feel free to post before Monday, if you weigh on the weekend. I like Monday weigh-ins because it "sort of" keeps me grounded on the weekend eating. Not too much this weekend.:grumble:

    Well, I have upped my weights in the past two weeks and last week it went pretty good! I did 20 flights of stairs last Friday during lunch break, and I didn't stop at all to rest! I felt like body pump has probably helped me out a little! I was a little sore Saturday, but did body pump anyway and felt great! For this week I guess I just want to continue to make sure I work out! I think by alternating body pump with Jillian Michael's shred, it's enough variation that I don't get bored of it!! I am definitely working my upper body which is great because I don't really have good upper body strength.

    I am really glad I am doing this round of body pump!! We can all do it!!

    Hello everyone, I hope that your week has gone well. This has been a great week for me. I didn't have a great deal of weight lost, but I did workout as planned ( Pump three days and two days of cardio) . I did not do as well as I wanted with my water intake, so that is still a goal for week 3. Also this week I plan to eat better. My goals for week three are to drink 5 glasses of water a day, and eat a salad everyday. I was also watching an old Dr. Oz show today about curvy girls and so I want to eat at least one orange everyday this week to help with my fat around the middle. :blushing:
