Sorry, didn't see this! Yes, I have them. It's four DVDs. The first one has Fat-Burn Challenge, which is similar to Burn It Off! in that it is short bootcamp-style drills; Get-Lean Intervals, which is similar to Burn Intervals in that you alternate light weights with cardio drills; and I've Got Abs!, an abs workout I haven't tried yet (sorry.) The next one is Extreme Intervals, which is an interval workout with stability ball that I haven't tried yet (but it's on the docket for this week). Then there's Lower Body Extreme Zone, which you can substitute for any of the weight circuits. It's more like a traditional toning-style workout with a focus on lower body only. (No arms, shoulders or back in this one.) Extreme Core Circuit is another ab workout I haven't tried yet. The last DVD is Dynamic Flow Yoga, which is more intense than Recharge, especially if you use the weighted gloves. It hits the upper body much more than Recharge.

I really like having the extra cardio workouts to mix in with the others-- I was getting really burned out on Burn Intervals and Burn It Off!, to the point where I was subbing Turbo Jam more often than not. Lower Body Extreme Zone is a nice change of pace, as is Dynamic Flow Yoga. And I am not really an abs workout person, so those I could take or leave. That's my assessment-- your mileage may vary!
