watching sugar

I have noticed the last week as I am workng in protein shakes with fruit that my sugars are over my recommended. Like this morning....after working in my shake and fruit/milk..I have 1 left for the day.
Is this a bad thing or should I not really look at the sugar since I am eating fruit? and the Shakeology has sugar in it also.

Going "over on sugar" isn't going to hurt you unless:
-it causes you to go over on calories
-you're eating so much sugar that you're deficient inother macronutrients.
As for "natural" vs "processed" sugar, they're pretty much the same thing.0 -
