How was your cheat day over the weekend? mine was sunday and i enjoyed every bit of it. So today is back on track fully and having next sunday in mind when i can enjoy again is really doing the trick of keeping me focus.

Weigh in today 179.7 lbs
So this is my starting weight for this Group.

    Well I'm starting today with it though it's going to be hard. I earned all A's in my classes and everyone wants to take me out to celebrate. I just have to make wise choices at restruants (sorry can't spell today) . The hardest will be Thursday - Sunday because
    I'll be at the casino for 2 nights (though I can have scallops shrimp or grilled lobster (I don't use the butter so it stays low Cal) . I can do yoga in the hotel room each day. The hardest part will be not having any really strong or sweet drinks because they are loaded with calories. Usually I just have a rum and diet coke but they only serve pepsin and I cannot stand diet pepsi. But I'm going to reach down deep and find my willpower. I can do this. It will be easier to follow next week when summer classes start and I'm back I to a routine. I love the idea I just need to put it into effect.

    Tuesdays are my weigh in days. So here it is 230. I am going to use sat as my cheat days, but question are we going to cheat and stay within our calorie limits or just for one day eat whatever we want just for that day?

    Fridays are my weigh in days. so at this moment my weight is 176 pounds (80kg). I am starting today, though the weekend is just around the corner, i think this is the best time to start seeing that my over eating days are mostly during weekends. i will log my weight tomorrow and again on Tuesday when it will be day number 6.

    Fridays are also my weigh in so I started at 200 pounds and now I'm down to 193.4 pounds, small accomplishment to some but GIANT accomplishment to me, and my cheat days are on Sunday and I have 2 Skinny Cow packages. Feel free to add me as well
