Will I ever lose it?!

Hello! I am 31 years old and have three children. I was wondering from other mothers out there if it's even possible to see your abs again after having children? I have lost 12 pounds and a couple of pants sizes, my stomach is definitely flatter, but still no abs. Is it even an attainable goal?!

    Hi,

I'm not a Mom so technically I'm probably not qualifies to respond, but I'm going to say keep at it! It might take time but you will find your abs again!!!

Check out the main boards Success Stories. LOTS of people get back to even better shape they have ever been since pregnancy.

Keep your chin up, and keep at it!

Yes yes! Definitely you can get your abs back. I have one, seeing progress that there are perhaps 2 pack now. I have a friend with 2 kids, she has even maintain her abs with 400 abs exercise a day, even throughout her pregnancy. Perseverance!

ABsolutely!!! And this is after 2 sections! It can be done!! This pic is from last summer (in exactly 4 weeks, it will be from one year ago). It is my motivation for my cut right now! Keep working at it, good luck!

Abs are made in the kitchen. It really comes down to your diet. I teach 5-8 fitness classes a week and lift 3 times a week. But none of it makes a difference unless I'm eating right :ohwell:

BUT IT CAN BE DONE!! :flowerforyou:
