Will I ever lose it?!

Hello! I am 31 years old and have three children. I was wondering from other mothers out there if it's even possible to see your abs again after having children? I have lost 12 pounds and a couple of pants sizes, my stomach is definitely flatter, but still no abs. Is it even an attainable goal?!

Hi,
I'm not a Mom so technically I'm probably not qualifies to respond, but I'm going to say keep at it! It might take time but you will find your abs again!!!0 -
Check out the main boards Success Stories. LOTS of people get back to even better shape they have ever been since pregnancy.
Keep your chin up, and keep at it!0 -
Yes yes! Definitely you can get your abs back. I have one, seeing progress that there are perhaps 2 pack now. I have a friend with 2 kids, she has even maintain her abs with 400 abs exercise a day, even throughout her pregnancy. Perseverance!0

Abs are made in the kitchen. It really comes down to your diet. I teach 5-8 fitness classes a week and lift 3 times a week. But none of it makes a difference unless I'm eating right :ohwell:
BUT IT CAN BE DONE!! :flowerforyou:0
