On Day 2, Level 1 - combined with doing 3 miles of Leslie Sansone. Weighed and measured yesterday. I am not going to weight in or measure again until June 10 because I feel like June 1 is too soon.

k, so I'm actually not going to take a lot of measurements during this. My past experience with myself is that I get way to caught up in the inches. So, the stats I'm going to work with are my starting weight of 204 pounds, and my waist (across bellybutton) measurement of 46". C'mon progress!0

Okay so I finally did my measurements! Yay. Today will be Level 1 Day 5 for me, so I will probably do my measurements on Day 5 of each level, really wish I would have done them before I started!!

I hate measuring myself. I am never sure how accurate it is, because I can never remember exactly where I measured last exactly, or how tight I pulled the tape or whatever0
