Alright everybody, remember that Wednesday is time to weigh-in!
I thought I'd post this early - its 4pm on tuesday here but I know that with the time changes it is close to Wednesday morning for some of you folks!

I will add my stats tomorrow in 15 hours ;)

Good luck and remember, this number DOES NOT DEFINE YOU OR YOUR PROGRESS. It takes time, if you see a number you don't like, use it as motivation to bump down the number for next week!

  • First week - 1.3lb down.
    Was a tough weekend with meals out and bbq over the bank holiday so pleased with that. It could have been a lot worse, lol!

    I was looking at the Google Document that was set up for this challenge: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aru68Y6xzsQadF9qNEVXbWEtWUttNm5XU0ZQYWI0LXc#gid=0 and realized an anonymous viewer was also looking at it.

    Whoever set this document up might want to go into the settings and require users to sign in. Right now anyone can change anything anytime - which means someone with too much time on their hands can change other people's information without being traceable. :( With something as simple as requiring them to sign in then the document creator will know who has been editing if a problem arises.     SW 168.8 weight on my MFP profile was set at 168.5, but for the challange I started at 168.8, had recently gained more :(

    It was a great week, but with 20 miles ran in four days I had expected to see more drop off. I will take the 2.5 loss and keep jogging! Thank you for creating this challenge. I love it!

    Down 1 pound! Knowing that I'd be weighing in here kept me really motivated. I was down 2 pounds, but then put 1 back on - maybe muscle? or water? I expect a lot of fluctuation, as is typical for me.

    I've started getting really used to feeling hungry and I've cut my meals down from 7 or 8 a day to 4 or 5. It seems to be working.
