Down 1 pound! Knowing that I'd be weighing in here kept me really motivated. I was down 2 pounds, but then put 1 back on - maybe muscle? or water? I expect a lot of fluctuation, as is typical for me.
I've started getting really used to feeling hungry and I've cut my meals down from 7 or 8 a day to 4 or 5. It seems to be working.0 -
