Down 1.3lb for the first week. Was actually suprised by this becuase I slacked at the gym for a few days because of a bad ankle however the ankle is better and I am back in the gym tonight. Hoping to make that number closer to 3 next week.0

Hey there everyone! I'm excited to be on this journey with you. At my high I was at 240lbs...I've been stalled in the 150s for about 2 years. Ha! Time to lose the last 20.

I was surprised to see I had a loss as I have not attended to as much exercise as I had planned.
It most likely would have been a good chance for me to give up on this group if I didn't lose anything. I believe that is a main thing we need to commit to; post your weight regardless of whether you lost or gained. If you gained and need encouragement, and know what kind of encouragement you need, let us know!

Positive-you can do this, it was an off week, start back again today!
