I have lost and gained the same couple of pounds for months now. I have been much more active since I got my Fitbit on April 16th but my pounds won't budge. I am SO confused at the amount I need to eat. Any suggestions?

These are the numbers I got:
BMR 1504
TDEE 2068
15% cal reduction 1758
20% cal reduction 1654

Cut 1758

    Hi there :)

If you have been on low cal diet for a while, maybe you want to consider to do a reset

If you are fairly new to the world of dieting you can give it a try with your TDEE-15% cut. I would not go lower than that.

Have you put your activity levels right? We tend to underestimate our activity.

Could you give me some kind of idea of your activity level? What does a typical workout week look like for you? Are you using the scooby calculator? What are your stats?

These are my stats from the Scooby calculator. I have a Fitbit and do 7500-10000 6 days a week

Are these steps? Does the fit bit tell you how many calories burned per day? I was more looking for what kind of activities you do for workouts, how many hours per week and at what intensity.
