Scared to move on

Hello, I just have a question for everyone. I have completed C25K up to week three, and I was due to start week 4 on Tuesday. After looking at the expectations for week 4, I got freaked out and now It's Thursday and I still have yet to start week 4. I didn't struggle with week 3, so I'm not really sure why I haven't moved on. Kind of scared to fail I suppose. So my question is - Do I stay on week three for another couple days, or do I move on to week 4 and be okay if I can't run the whole thing? I'm about to go run in a little bit, and am having a hard time deciding what to do. Thanks for reading and your suggestions in advance!

If you didn't struggle on your last run of week 3 then move on to week 4 & see how you feel, if you start to struggle then slow the pace down a touch and repeat the day if you want to.

I'm a three-time C25K grad and I HATE week four. HATE. It's hard and it's a challenge, but go for it.

Mostaverage is right, if you didn't struggle with week three, don't repeat because doing it a second time won't prepare you for week four. If you have to do week four twice, that's fine, but week four is the only thing that prepared me to run week four, if that makes any sense.

One thing C25K has taught me is to have reasonable expectations. I may not be able to do everything right on day one, but if I work on it and stay strong, I usually have it by day three!

Good luck, you can do it!

I found week 4 the hardest. I redid week 3 and on the last interval would just run for 30 seconds longer, then a minute longer etc. If I did it again I would just go ahead and do week 4 and just slow WAY down when it got tough, or just try to at least go longer than I did the previous time. You'll get there! And you will probably surprise yourself!
