W2D2- small victories

Well, W2D2 is in the books! Couple small victories today! 1st- I have been using our indoor track at the rec center I belong to. W2D1 I noticed that I could make one lap around the middle lane on one 90 sec run - well today I actually made it FARTHER- not by much, but it was definitely MORE than one lap around the middle lane!! :happy: 2nd was that there is this guy that has been there on the track at the same time, he walks then SPRINTS- FAST, then walks then does fancy side step moves, then walks then- well you get the picture- anyway....on one of his walks and my jogs- i actually PASSED him! good to know my jog is faster than a walk!!:laugh: I am doing this- it feels good to stick with something and see progress....always before, I never saw progress and would get discouraged.....even if the weight doesn't come off like I want it too, or fast enough for me...i AM seeing a difference in my overall stamina and my own perception of myself....that to me is more important than anything. My girls will come home one month from today- and they will see a NEW mom!!

    ..i AM seeing a difference in my overall stamina and my own perception of myself....that to me is more important than anything.
