Completed W1D1 - what do you do on the off days?

Hey everyone! I'm new to the boards, and to the site. I completed W1D1 yesterday. It was a tough run and I was barely able to complete it, but after a glass of water and cooling down... I felt great! Today I'm not sore, but I'm definitely feeling a difference.

What do you all do during your off days? I'd like to maybe do some ab workouts, but I don't want to push myself too far.

And when did you all register for your first 5K? I'd like to register for a run to motivate myself, but the only one in my area is the 9th week, when I'll just be finishing the program.

For the first three weeks I did pilates on my off days, and sometimes I did a target toning DVD on Netflix. Pilates is awesome because it's low impact and it really helps build your core, which helps with running too. Last week I started 30 day shred, which was maybe a little too much to begin with! I'm feeling better now though.

I actually haven't signed up for one. I live right next to a military base, so it's sort of intimidating knowing a ton of really fit guys and girls would be doing it alongside me ;) I am keeping my eyes open for a fun one though!

I bike on my off days, except for Sundays on which I take a break from exercising.

Sit ups to build my core
Toe circles...lay in bed on side, suck in tummy, raise leg about (45 degrees), point big toe and concentrate on making little circles
Sometimes i'll stand or hop on my balance ball..again, building core

    Monday: C25K
    Tuesday: 30 Day Shred
    Wednesday: C25K
    Thursday: Yoga
    Friday C25K
Saturday or Sunday may be a rest day depending on my plans and I either do Yoga or the 30 Day Shred depending on which day I pick. Sunday is a yoga day.

Thanks, everyone! I think I'm going to be doing the 30 Day Shred. The first time I did the video, it almost killed me. But I went down a size on my weights and it's going better!

Doing W1D3 this morning. So far I have been going for a short (15 min.) bike ride on my off days.

I do P90X six days a week, two short jogs and one long walk/jog (I'm in week 4). This week I'll sign up for my first 5k in August. Crossing my fingers I won't have to walk it!

I'm so happy. I completed week 3 day 3 of the c25k. I'm feeling good. I'm gonna try and do sprints up hill tomorrow. Doing the color run in a few months I want to be over prepared.

I lift weights on my days off. With Saturday USUALLY (doesn't happen always like that) is my rest day. If I am just lagging I will take a day off before that and just rework my schedule.

I usually life or bike on my days off, except on Sundays, then I just tend to go for longer walks with the dog, instead of anything strenuous.
