Great workout on Friday. We are going to get those arms toned and cut if we keep it up! Get ready for a great workout on Monday. Monday is leg day but we're going to switch up our routine a little. It promises to be fun! Please bring your dumbbells (ladies 10 - 15 lbs & guys 20 - 25 lbs) and jump ropes.
