I know, I know you shouldn't weigh every day blah blah blah...lol.
I do and I take the good with the bad and use it as motivation HOWEVER for the last 3 days it has not budged an ounce!! Not up not down nothing!! I find that very odd since something should be happening. You can't go from eating oreo's, chips, chocolate and everything else that isn't nailed down to netting 1290 calories a day and not see something!!
Totally discouraged but NOT giving up.

That happens to me a lot. I also weigh every day, but I only record my weight on Saturdays. I've had the scale not budge even an ounce for as much as 2 weeks. I usually get it to move again by changing something up. I workout harder or longer, I do a different kind of exercise, or I calorie cycle for 3 days (where I eat low on day 1, high on day 2, then low on day 3). But I don't do anything until it's been at least 7 days without any movement. Then I know I'm a bit stalled.0

Are you exercising? If so are you eating any of your calories back? If not then you might be netting too low so your body is holding on to what it gets.0 -

Yes and always! I NET my goal or very close to it0 -
I said this EXACT thing to my husband yesterday. I've been stress eating for 6 months (gained 10 new pounds since Christmas that propelled me over the 170 mark), we've been eating dinner out at least 2-3x a week due to his long work days right now (60 hour weeks). I stay away from most fast food, but am a dessert/sugar fiend. For two weeks, I would say at least 90% of my food has been "clean", and I have had no sugar (except the coke that I saved up for tonight). I was thinking the huge reduction in calories and sugar would be instantly noticeable, but it hasn't. I work out 6 mornings a week and eat back most of my calories - I'm usually only slightly under my calorie goat at the end of most days. Once or twice I've been <100 calories over.
I read somewhere that it takes women's metabolisms longer to "get it" and kick into gear. I'm hanging on to that nugget, hoping that after I've been at this for a month, my body takes notice and the fat starts melting away. We just have to keep doing what we're doing, and try not to get too discouraged before the scale starts to dip!0 -
I also get on the scale everyday, I know I shouldn't. Though I only log once a week. I'm telling myself I'm only doing this the first week of my new exercise routine (Jillian Michaels Body Revolution) as I'm doubling up on my exercises this first week in an attempt to lose a lot.
Well the first half of the week I lost 2.5 lbs. And in the last two days I've gained 1.5 lbs back. (I am hoping to blame it on water retention) I'm trying not to stress as I know this is why you're not supposed to weigh everyday.
And to help me better track my results, since you always can't go by weight, I bought an Omron Fat Loss Monitor/BMI scale. One of those handheld gadgets they used on me at the gym. It only cost $25.0 -
I like to weigh myself everyday but I haven't now for a week! I hope to be able to stay away from the scale until July 1st. It does seem weird that you haven't even moved an ounce though... Maybe your scale is broken lol. Don't let it get you down, just keep eating well and working out0
