Hello, I just popped my head in to see if anyone is active on here anymore. I just got into the 150's, twenty pounds down from my heaviest and have about 10 to 15 more to go. Just wanted to see how everyone is doing or how it is going?! :)
how is everyone's progress doing? I am so excited that with the help of MFP and keeping accountable using this program I am down 7 lbs .... now at 172, I hope I can get down further a little at a time!
I am starting a new challenge...20 lbs down in 3 months, tracking measurements monthly and weight weekly. We will also have recipes and weekly "challenges" to help us meet our goals. The week 1 Challenge is making mini-goals. Let me know if you would like to join.
does anyone have experience and/or knowledge of the effect of workplace stress on weight loss success? i get really 'bogged down' at the office at times and forget to just take a short break or walk outside i think this behavior is messing with my attempt to drop pounds

I had to lose 30 lbs after I had my 1st baby and after losing all the weight, getting in kick-*kitten* shape, getting pregnant and working out and eating right, my body gained EXACTLY the same amount of weight with my son (55 lbs!).
