Doing this for 2nd time? Anyone else?

I had to lose 30 lbs after I had my 1st baby and after losing all the weight, getting in kick-*kitten* shape, getting pregnant and working out and eating right, my body gained EXACTLY the same amount of weight with my son (55 lbs!). I am only 5'4 so it's a lot (and I wasn't skinny to begin with).

anyway, here I am, son is 9 months and I'm back where I started. I saw a nutritionist last time but I think I can do this myself this time. I'm cutting out white carbs and only 1 fruit/day, no or little alcohol and working out. Hopefully, this will work but it feels harder. I'm down about 10-12 lbs in four months, since I started even paying attention.

And I want to have another child! So I'm already scared that I'm going to lose this weight and then gain it all back with #3 and then it will be even harder! AHHHHHHH.
