Good morning everyone!
I have a friend that just joined Mfp and he is new to counting and logging calories, If you can add him his user name is roq1025, I have mentioned EMTWL group and he wants to give it a shot.

I don't add male friends to my list (out of consideration for my husband) but I'll respond and bump this up in case anyone else is interested in adding a new friend! :happy:0
