Finished day 1, also! Harder than I had hoped toward the end. I did a half marathon in January. In that one, we ran one minute walked one minute for almost the whole race. Hoping the next few days go a bit easier for me, but either way, happy to be back at it!

I've gone through C25K twice now and quit after each program due to unrelated injuries. I just picked it up for the 3rd time, but I jumped to week 4 since running for 5 minutes straight wasn't too challenging. I finish week 4 on Friday.
  • day 2 .. still pretty easy..

Day 2 went better, day 3 even better yet. Week 2 day 1 tomorrow, a bit nervous for that as the weekend was kind of a "welcome home" celebration. i did manage to workout so hoping that will help tomorrow. Today is a weight lifting day circuit day, then running tomorrow. Thanks for asking!

This is my second time through C25k. I am trying to build a little more speed this time around. I took a brief hiatus in the winter (I got lazy) so I'm starting over.

So far so good. I'm on W2D3. Instead of shuffling like i did before, I'm actually trying to run at a good pace (around a 10 min mile).

    Good luck to you!

W2D3 went well for me! No matter where I run, I can't avoid little hills so it's interesting when I hit a hill on a jog interval. All the better to make me stronger.
