I hope. So I am talking out loud here to see if I did indeed "get it"

I have been wearing my fitbit since last thursday.
It's a motivater that is for sure.
I've been watching my net on MFP with this fitbit loading data.
so far I am burning alot of caloires in the day...1800-2000
So on Saturday I was determined to walk 10,000 steps. I did but that did a drastic number decrease on my net. So since my net dropped below my BMR of 1425 I ate more for the day so that it would bring my calories over the 1425. That in turn brought my calories I ate over my TDEE -15%.
That is the correct thing to do right? Saturday was the only day this happened since I was pretty lazy yesterday :)

I was a little up this morning since my last weigh in so I just had to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Well plus my scale died so I am not even sure it is 100% accurate this morning.

If I did do the above right then I think I have FINALLY got this EM2WL figured out right in my brain!

Yes, that is right....The way you did it is exactly what you are supposed to do....Anytime your NET is under BMR then make sure you eat enough to get to BMR. :)
