Hello Raw foodists & Vegans!
I am learning about how to transition into a raw foodist and would love a good recommendation on a good starter book with recipes if anyone knows of any. Thank you :-)

I don't use books because I like to see other people's responses and tweaks to recipes. My favorite websites for intro are:http://www.therawtarian.com/ -easy and short lists of ingredients. The turtles, egg salad and chocolate are amazing!
http://www.rawmazing.com/ takes it a bit further and shows you how to transition slowly into the lifestyle with mid-raw recipes..

    Good luck!

Any of the books by Ani Phyo are great. I also ordered Raw Food Made Easy from Amazon about a year ago and still love it!

Mimi Kirk's book "live raw" is a great one.

Most of her meals aren't so elaborate as you see in typical gourmet raw dishes.
