i lost 2.4 . at 175.2. oh well did get some walking in. hopefully do better this wk. its not howingn the ticker because when i started this in may i started at 172lbs. so now im working to getting there. good luck everyone on wk 2:)0

I didn't get a chance to weight myself this morning, it was too early and I forgot so i am going to weigh tomorrow BUT I am pleased to admit that I walked 19.3 miles this week! so i went over the 10 mile goal! I didn't do great on my water every day though, so that is something I am really trying to work on for this week. A gallon a day! I know I can do it if I put my mind to it! GREAT job everyone, I see a ton of losses! wow! I hope I lost something too!0
