JM DVD rotation?

I am on level 2 of 30DS and enjoy it, but I am looking to add additional JM DVDs to the mix and wondered if any of you already have a workout rotation with her DVDs that you would like to share with me.
I thought about purchasing Body Revolution, but I really don't want to spend that amount of money when I can purchase several of her DVDs for a lot less. And I won't use the meal plan that comes along with BR anyway.
I can already tell I am getting bored with 30DS but I really like JM, so I thought I could rotate some of her other DVDs with 30DS and keep myself from getting bored.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

What I did when I finished Killer Buns and Ripped was starting to combine them in different combinations. This works with the same combination for about three weeks before I get bored.
It all depends on how much you want to work out, what your goals are and if you prefer cardio or strength or like to mix it.0 -
What I just started doing in the past 2 weeks is the following:
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism: Twice per week (such a great cardio routine, and my muscles are sore the next day)
No More Trouble Zones: Once a week (Full Body toning)
6 week 6 pack: Once a week
Killer Buns & Thighs: Once a week
So far, I am seeing great results, and I am not getting bored.0 -
I have 8 of her dvd's and I rotate them and got great results.
1. 30 Day Shred
2. Ripped N 30 ( My Favorite ) got most of my results from this one
3. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
4. No More Trouble Zones
5. Shred-It ( Kettle Bell)
6. Killer Buns And Thighs
7. Extreme Shed and Shred
8. Kickbox FastFix
I rotate all of these and I never get bored. I was going to get the Revolution but im not going to pay that much for what I already have. Most of the moves are in all of these dvd's. They all cost only 9.00 at Walmart. I so Ripped N 30 the most level 3 is the hardest. I did do the 30 day Shred and Ripped N 30 like I suppose to before I started rotating because I wanted the definition and I GOT IT.. It was a battle but I did it. If I can do it so can you.. Love Jillian she is amazing. I listen to her podcast everyday on my iphone and I also use her protein shake after my workouts. I use the Protein bars that she suggest called PURE PROTEIN they are at walmart too.. I hope this helps you out.. Stick with her and you will not regret it.. Good luck to ya.0 -
I am doing JM's 30 day slimdown rotation which is 30 day shred, banish fat, boost metabolism and no more trouble zones. its a great workout!0

I was thinking of rotating work outs I have been doing it the past couple of days but was not sure if it will work or not? I figure why wouldn't it... but has anyone else done that?
i.e. 30 DS level 2 one day, then RI30 level 1, then 30DS level 3 ... etc etc.
any thoughts?
just not sure if you have to stick to one level for a number of days to get the full benefit. I get bored doing the same one more than 2 or 3 days in a row.0 -

I've just bought loads of her DVD's aswell. I started the 30 day shred with a plan to rotate it with killer buns and thighs and her no more trouble zones dvd's, But I've also got her 6 week 6 pack and want to get that in aswell, but don't want ot be doing too much and not seeing the benefits from each.
I'm thinking that each is going ot be a killer workout so I might just switch it up and I'm bound to get results.
What are you on now?

I love JM dvds and after having repeated 30DS and RI30 almost twice in 6 months, i've just begun with NMTZ and BFBM that i do on alternate days (day 1 the first, day 2 the latter and so on )0
