I am just wondering if anyone has noticed big results using this program. I have it and have been rotating the workouts 1,2,3 and it seems like I am already noticing changes in my body but wanted to see what others thought of this program.

First time around I had no problem with this. Not saying it was easy but my butt def. lifted from the floor. Second time around I dont lift even a little bit and I dont feel it in my abs at all. is there anything I could do diffrently? Or should I do a different move like for example hollow man, where I get full contact…
Just had to share...I finished 30DS yesterday and am so excited! Since starting (along win eating right) I lost 10.5 pounds! I've got another 8 to go before my UGW, so tomorrow I'm starting RI30. How's everyone else doing with their workouts?
