    Hi everyone. My name is Paul.

    Im just starting so might need a little help keeping up with this. Im in Miramar and have started Road Cycling to help me with my weight and to strengthen my lungs. I was a smoker for 16 years and just quit 4 weeks ago (06/07/2012). Now Im trying to shed the 50lbs I put on when I married my wife :)

    Looking forward to being thin and healthy again.

    I just moved from Largo to Fort Lauderdale! What a small world! If I was still living there, I would have enjoyed some walks with you. We could be supportive to each other if you want. I still have a lot of good friends in Largo, Seminole, Clearwater and Pinellas Park.
