cleared 1700 miles on the road bike today. Add in 3 day a week spin classes for Jan, Feb, March and April and I have cleared over 2000 miles so far.0 -
June Goal: 200 with at least one 60+ ride, really hoping to get more running in this month and there is only so much time!
6/4: 31 miles - kick *kitten* spin class (nobody talked after the warm-up, I love it when I get them to focus & work) + a solo therapy ride to destress
6/5: 11 miles on the dreaded trainer just to pay for the hershey bar I ate after dinner, soooo worth it!
6/8: 24 miles Half back with new folks, half crushing it. Good club ride ending with meeting and a few drinks with the gang.
6/11: 15 miles, kickin spin class
Total 81 to go 119 miles
I halved my mileage goal for this month, and I'm still not sure its going to happen. I gotta get my mojo back. Perhaps I need to find another race or some new goal to reach for, cause this just aint working for me.0 -

6-9, 112.3 miles, day one of TOMRV. 6000 feet of climb. Very slight tailwind and a beautiful day. That makes my century as promised. Hit my fastest downhill speed ever on one descent, 44.4 mph.
6-10, 91.4 miles, Day two of TOMRV, 4000+ feet of climb. Over 80 of those miles straight into a headwind of 20-30 mph with gusts to 40 mph. This was the most challenging ride of my life. Took just under 8 hours of turning the pedals to get it done, averaging just under 12 mph.
