I live in the La Mesa area and I'd love to find someone fairly close by that would be willing to meet up for walking/moderate hiking (maybe more vigerous without my dog) at either Mission Trails or Lake Murray. If you're interested, let me know. You can also msg me.

Hey Val, we started stair climbing at Mesa College, I think we may move on to SDSU and tackle some stairs there. We are working on endurance
We do it on Tuesday nights. Just thought you may like to join us. When I get back from Rollercon, I would be down to walk or hike with you, Wednesday's are usually free for me. 0 -
Alright. Souns good. Just drop me a line when you get back and we'll set something up. I actually started using the gym at my house also. I brisk walked/jogged 30 mins on an incline on the tredmill and did some leg weights for about 15 mins. But I need to go somewhere my dog can get some exercise also.0
