I work out 5 days a week at about an hour a session at the fitness center down the street. This could be a great additional motivator for me.

Hi Jillian,
I workout six days a week at home. My starting weight is 196lbs, this is my first week and i would really want to weigh myself after 30 days. The scale tends to bring me down, in the past i'd workout really hard and eat health only to lose 2lbs0
