How long should these workouts take?

So, My workouts usually last 25-30 minutes,is that normal?? It seems so quick and I should be doing more. I almost feel like going to run afterwards for another 30 minutes..
Is this about right, or should I be doing something else?

Stage 1 was about 30 minutes for me, both A and B.
Stage 2 is going over an hour.0 -
Stage 1 has short work outs. But that is it for the rest of the program-the following stages are usually close to an hour or more. If you do warm up and cool down, even longer.0

...and if you are adding the intervals (i.e. HIIT) at the END of your work-outs (in later stages), the work-outs can be REALLY long.
Enjoy Stage 1!! It never gets to be THAT SHORT of a work-out, again.0 -

Well now I'm thinking it takes me too long....I'm usually there about 45 - 60 min. I usually do a 10 min. warm-up on the treadmill and then I stretch in between sets for the 60 second rest. I do have to move equipment around a lot so maybe that's why.0

You're not the only one Rielyn, from warmup to cooldown takes me about 45 minutes with my friend.0

Oh wow - good to know that Stage 2 is going to take longer! I've got three workouts left in Stage 1, and it takes me like 45-50 minutes now - not including a warm up. Yikes!0

I have been super-setting in Stage 3 in order to finish in 75 minutes. Enjoy Stage 1 while it lasts!0
