What a bittersweet feeling.......2 more weigh ins after this one :sad: !!! I am glad to see that many of you will be joining me in a Summer Challenge.     I've been on vacation since last Friday and have not been eating my usual food, but I am moving more and staying under cals.

    Still doing the "Insanity" bootcamp ... it really is insane, but I can't argue with the results ... down another 2.8 lb. this week :bigsmile:
