Eating back calories

On my non workout days (where I dont lift) I do cardio, should I eat back those calories then?

Does this even make sense, lol

    That's what I was doing. However, I just threw the New Rules calorie plan out the window this week because I was sick of switching them back & forth each day. :)

    Yeah, ill just eat them cus the non workout calories is basing on if I dont workout, which I technically am doing..by running.

    I'm eating them. Maybe I'd lose faster if I didn't, but I like having them. I still try to get as close as I can to 40/30/30 macros though, which is hard.
