Burn Phase Complete

When I started lurking on MFP I weighed 152 lbs. ( I am 5'6") I gained a few pounds, up to 156, and decided to start ChaLEAN Extreme. So, I count my weight loss from when I initially started on MFP. Results from my first round are as follows:
Lost:
Weight: 7 lbs. (11 really)
Belly Button: 4 in.
Hips: 1 in. ( I don't have a lot to lose there)
Abductors: 1.5 in
Chest: 2 in.
Body Fat: 11%
That's all the measurements I have taken, sorry. I did take pics and will post after my final round.
I forgot to mention something important. I also did Couch 2 10K.
