hello fellow sleevers i have a question how many fat grams are you averaging a day ? I know we are set for so many on here but are we meeting them or is their a certain number a should reach?

Hi! This site lets you determine the grams of fat/ calories etc. They give you their recommendations, but you can customize it. I don't worry too much about it as long as I get enough protein and stay away from refined carbs. However, I am only one month out (TODAY!) so I am not an expert by any means. Of course, if you are really concerned, call your doc!!
