Can anyone take a look at my tracker and tell me what you think I'm doing wrong? Should I lower my calories, start working out, chill on the snacks, or all three? I gained back the 3 pounds I lost and I'm pretty upset.

I cant tell what the % are for fat/protien/carbs.
Are they 65/35/5? thats not set in stone for the diet. I usually am above 70% fat lol most days and continue to lose weight. As long as the fat is more you should be alright. The last 3 weeks I havent lost crap and I up my calories to 1600-2100 lol and dropped a pound so I dont really know if calories matter on Keto there is many people who say yes others who say no!
Also do you have sticks to check if you are in ketosis? if you dont you can check and see if there is a film above the water or floating things in your urine0 -
Depending on how long you've been at this, this could all be water weight fluctuations. Also, I'm seeing artificial sweeteners ("sugar free" stuff like coffee creamer). Sometimes this causes some people to stall in their weight loss. I would just advise minimizing the artificial sweeteners, and keep up your plan otherwise (it looks good generally). These things take time...trust me.0

Technically, you can be "in ketosis" while at a caloric surplus, but you're burning dietary fat at that point, instead of body fat. You'll still register ketones on the stix, but you won't really be losing weight. It's much harder for yoru body to store fat without the insulin shock of carbohydrates, but beware, because protein can trigger insulin response as well.
Something else is that you can be lifting weights and storing a bunch of water, or not eating ENOUGH...0
