Yupp.....Looks like this group has already dwindled to nearly nothing. I wish it was that easy for weight to disappear! ;)

My weigh in this week (I do them on Thursdays) was a sad sad day. I am actually up 1.5lbs. My inches were kinda all over the place. I lost half an inch in some spots. Gained 1.5 in others!! I'm not gotta jot them all down. I'm just gonna be happy with my overall numbers from when I started this journey of.....

4.5lb weight loss
7.5 inches loss

    I'm here! unfortunattely i'm up a lb and a half. i'm blaming it on tom. Also had my bf % measured this week for work and it looks like its gone up too! :( so this week i will be kicking it up!

    My last weigh-in was 2 weeks ago. My inches are the same, however, I've had weight loss.
    I'm down 4lbs.

    Hey new to the group! Didn't know where else to post, but I'd like to be a part of your group. I need some motivation! My weight, as of this morning is 128.2. Hoping to get down to 122ish. I'll post weights and measurements on Monday.

    SORRY I HAVE BEEN SO BUSY SKINNY B'S!!! With my internship and working and doing my motherly duties.... I haven't found much time for MFP! SO welcome our new moderator mizrik!! She will keep us all going and up to speed when I can't!

    I haven't weighed in in a few weeks... so I don't know if there has been any progress... but I have been working out after work, trying to get in an AM and PM workout.... so we will see how it goes for me!

    AM- Elliptical & Abs
    PM- Biking

    I have been contemplating another doctor-supervised weight loss program, but I think I will give myself till the end of July, if I still am not seeing any progress then I might consider going again.

    Down 6 lbs this week. Hell, I deserve that cuz I gained 2.5 the week before. So for u ladies that said u gained this week, don't get discouraged cuz our bodies still fluctuate even if u weigh in at the same time every week and keep all others factors consistent. Crazy - yes, but definitely good to know.

    Lost 3.8lbs this week at last! the scales have not moved for weeks. Haven't measured yet, so im about 7lbs from goal which i am so happy about BUT i go on holiday this coming Friday so there may be a gain when i get back.
