What have you found to be the best pre-work out snack? I find myself hungry by 3:30, try to work out by 5pm.....options???
Ok so I have been eating pretty healthy for the past week and a half, except 2 cheat meals, and I have gained 2 lbs. I am going to say (hoping it is) because well its that time of the month and its just extra water weight/ bloat. Does anyone else tend to gain 2-5 lbs when it is that time??? UGH SO FRUSTRATING!!!
