Hellllo!
We are starting anew!
It is the start of my fall semester, first semester of hospital clinicals!!! YAY!

Now for the getting fit part!

M-5:00-5:50-elliptical & abs, 10:30-11:30 elliptical & weights, 4:15-5:00 lap swim
T- 5:00-5:45-elliptical, 10:30-11:30 elliptical & weights, 4:15-5:00 lap swim
W-6:15-6:45- abs, 8:15-9:15- elliptical &weights, 9:20-10:20 lap swim
Th-5:00-6:00 elliptical & abs, TBD (possibly yoga)
F- 5:00-5:45 elliptical, 3:15-4:15 elliptical & weights, 4:15-5:00 lap swim

(MY lap swim times are subject to change, they haven't posted the pool schedule yet... Im hoping these times will work but I have no way of knowing yet)


IF you don't have an exercise schedule... make one. It will make it so much easier to stick to if it is in your day like any other thing that you have to get done.


Get them done and post them here!!

My goal is to lost 40lbs by Christmas. That is 10lbs per month. This will put me at 135 as a goal weight.

GET GOING!!! NOW! And get back to me!

  • Thats so intense, but I know you can do it!!!

    My plan is 20 gone by Christmas so my plan is a little less intense. That is 5 lbs a month starting September 1st!!!

    My goals are:
    150 lbs by Christmas
    Switch one meal a day to a salad
    Workout 5 days a week for at least 60 mins.

    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Workout from 530p - (at least) 630p
    Tuesdays and Thursdays: Workout 330p - (at least) 430p

    Depending on my soreness my times and days are subject to change.
