Ready to Eat Breakfast

I'm just not a morning person. If I have to make myself food in the morning, I usually put it off.. and then sometimes don't make the best choices.

I've found for the greatest success in the morning, that I should have something already prepared that I and mindlessly eat before it gets too late in the day.

Some things I've enjoyed are:

Refrigerator oatmeal
Paleo muffins of different varieties
Paleo egg & meat 'muffins'
Raw carrot cake ball - so yum!
And smoothies, I tend to overdo this one a bit.

Looking for some new ideas. Whatcha got? I'm a lower carb/ high protein/fat eater. Also gluten free.


Any suggestions?

    I am a big fan of yogurt, diced apples, 8 grapes cut in half and chopped walnuts. You will be amazed at how filling this is and how long it will be before you are hungry again. I do smoothies with a muffin or fruit or a homemade oatmeal date breakfast bar too.

    hard boiled eggs are my friend, along with pistachios and fruit with yogurt.
    ive also been doing the protein shakes and noticed that has help'd me tons in the am! i put all kinds of stuff in them, including spinach and carrots, just anything and everything! =)
