current weight 186 pounds
weight when I began 197 pounds

macros : 40, 40, 20
losing 20% body fat

calories I put 3 days /5 hours a week but I workout 6 days a week 40 minuets so not sure if I need to to change or keep it to moderate. my new calories tommorrow will be 1633
my new bmr 1316

my new TDEE 2041.
