Choose from exercise alternatives

Well, I recently start tracking my intake here, to control my cravings, but i dont know how to choose my exercise diary.
They dont have the option for insanity, only turbo jam.
How do you do the choice?

I create my own for each workout and modify the calories burned by my HRM0
