I just did my 1st workout 3 b today in NROLFW!

While at the gym, I grabbed dumbells for my shoulder presses that were only 5 lbs under the weights a man just put down! HA HA! AND....I was able to deadlift 95 lbs again without my husband standing there harassing me about it. I actually did them 12 in a row too and didn't have to put them down inbetween reps. OH OH OH and went up 15 lbs in weight for my ball crunches.

    Awesome work! I'm in week 3 of Phase I....I love it, all except the lunges, I hate lunges! - LOL!

    Thanks girls!!!! Of course that 95 lbs on deadlift includes the 45 lb bar! LOL
