That's what I have done. I have heard before too that all 3 levels burn the same calories, does this sound right? I didn't think they did because they each have different resistance.0

I'm just finishing up Jullian Michaels ripped in 30. But I forgot to take pictures so I'm up for the shred in July with pictures!0

I added Jillians 30 day shred to my database it burns 273 calories whichever level you are on.
Only started yesterday so too soon to say if it works.0 -
