Anyone done Bod Pod Test ?

I have an appointment next week to do the Bod Pod test. I am curious as to what it comes up with for my body fat and RMR. Then I want to do it again after finishing NROLFW to see if I really gained muscle mass. Anyone else done the Bod Pod and found it at all beneficial? The University does it for $40 and i didnt think that was too bad

    Yup, I did it back in March, also $40. The place I went did not give rmr, because the pod bod only *measures* bf%. The rmr it gives is just what any online calculator will give you if you include bf% as an input.

    My bf% was 0.1% off from the fat2fit original calculator. I should do it again eventually and see which bf% calculator based on measurement is closest now.
