1 whole banana
3 oz strawberries
2 oz raspberries

This is currently my 'go to' for breakfast. It is easy to make the night before and just grab it as you walk out the door in the morning. Cold oatmeal did not appeal to me *at all* but this is really really good and a good mix of carbs and protien. I don't use the Chia seeds and I do add a little bit of Truiva for sweetness.
Right now my favorite 'mix in' is adding a 1/2 or whole banana and 1 Tbsp of Chocolate PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
