What did everyone loose.
Last week: 171.5
This week: 169.0
1.5 pounds lost 28.5 to go
I feel like i could have lost more if it wasn't for fathers day weekend:)

So I lost 5 pounds... With the help of my husband I got out of bed early this morning and went swimming. I'm so glad I have all of you to keep me on check.. Have a fabulous week!

I wish I hadn't taken the weekend off but at least I'm -3 for the first week. My goal is -2 pounds a week so I actually am ahead of the game!0 -

Way to go Rebecca. My husband gets up earlier than he used to in order to do his regular work out so that he is ready to walk with me every day before it gets too hot. Some days I might be tempted to blow it off. Knowing that he is up early just for me keeps me going. It's really great to have a work out partner!0 -
