Today I did close to 30 minutes strength training but when i logged it in it says i didnt burn calories? Is this possible?
The only way I have found to count calories burned during strength training is to log them as a cardio activity. Hope that helps!
As for this week's challenge, count me in!0 -
I would like to participate.......Sounds great Do we log in daily or how does this work...I"m kinda new here0
-
If you go to the exercise category you can log in all the exercises you are doing, and it tells you how much you have been burning per day/week and the targeted calories burn our first group goal is a 1200 calorie burn for this week!!!0
-
You did burn calories. MFP just doesn't calculate weight lifting calories. Probably because it would be so different between individuals.0

I'm up for the challenge.0
