Did anyone else fall off the wagon? Wanna re-start?

I was well into month 2, doing turbo every day and then...stopped because my Grandma died. Gained sone weight back, ate some crap. I have my eating back under control and have been doing a bit of bodyrock, but miss the structure of TF.
Where to re-start? The beginning? Where I left off? Is anyone else re-starting?

Yeah sounds good to me! I did like 2 weeks and then I fell off the wagon, and I would love to get back into the groove of things and begin working out again! :happy: Count me in!0

I really hated the first what...two weeks because Fire 30 isn't NEAR my favorite workout...where should we start on the schedule?0 -
A suggestion.....make your own schedule with workouts that you love! The worst thing is doing a workout that you hate. You will not put your all into it

I agree Brooke. I do like the schedule, but I think I'm going to substitute fire 45 for fire 30, etc.0

I started again last night. I'm also running 3x a week, and doing CLX simultaneously.
I don't do any of the Stretch 10s or Stretch 40s.
I'm also not doing the Tone 30/Sculpt 30 because I've chosen to do CLX simultaneously (3x a week) so no need for more. Also, I HATE resistance bands. I'm much better with free weights.

I too fell off the TF wagon and want to restart. Just saw this thread today so I'll start today! I might mix up the schedule though. I'm a SAHM with a 7 month old. It's hard for me, so far, to stick to schedule everyday. I like doing LesMils Bodypump at my gym. If I can ever get back there I'm going to mix that in with my TF.0
