What a great read! Thanks for posting. My eyes have really been opened lately to the impact that fitness and strength training have on shaping our bodies. I think I need to discard my "goal weight" and aim for a "goal body fat %".0

also, seriously every bodybuilder would be considered extremely obese!!
bodyfat is the best way to measure "healthy weight" in my opinion.0 -
