Did this one today! Similar to mine, but more core. I am finding that this 2nd half of 6 week to 6 pack abs isn't working my core as much as he first half, so it was nice to add it in to some running!

Just completed this one.
That was an interesting combination of events.
All that sprinting has my legs a wee bit tired and shaky.
Nice sweat inducing workout though.
Burned 164 calories in 24 mins with that one.0 -
Here is my attempt at a Triathlon (Running, Rowing, and Cycling). (Since the smell of the Olympics is in the air :happy: ) (I am not sure what that would smell like. LOL)
Please tell me if I am out of my mind with this one.

^^^^ Completed the "Triathlon" this evening
Quite a sweat machine this one is. I missed the second to last jump on the last Mountain Biking. On the Rows I did 7 lbs (1st 2 sets), 8 lbs (2nd 2 sets) and since my arms were tired I used 5 lbs (last 2 sets). Not too bad of a workout actually... and it gave me some more distance for the milestones I am working on .

I am enjoying all the workouts but my personal favs so far are the Power Pyramid, Upper body with Core, Lower body with Core, Core Cracker.
So group there are a lot of great workouts here to choose from and if you have been following along you should have them saved on your system so now you just need to start one up and get movin'.
You have no excuses now. :happy:

Power Pyramid: 25Min/126 Calories
Warmup:
Hip circles (only excercise done standing)
1st Set:
Overhead Triceps Extensions (Laying on your back. Dumbells at 9 and 3 o'clock)
Hip Bridges
Overhead Triceps Extensions (10 and 2)
Flutter Kicks
Overhead Triceps Extensions (12 o'clock)
Leg Raises
Hip Bridges
2nd Set:
Overhead Triceps Extensions (9 and 3)
Reverse Crunches
Overhead Triceps Extensions (10 and 2)
Flutter Kicks
Overhead Triceps Extensions (12 o'clock)

Notes: 10lbs probably good dumbell starting weight.
Keep wimote close while on floor & keep shaking it to keep it awake.
When doing 9&3 o'clock push weights against each other at the top for extra burn.
Let the weights down slow and get the negative!
During chest opener, pick you butt off the floor 3 or 4 times for extra burn.
Medium Intensity will produce 12 reps.
