Thanks for introducing this challenge. Since walking is my favorite form of exercise, this will give me no reason not to move!!! Trying to get my friend involved too....I'm gonna have to friend ya now!!!! Always can use a motivating friend!!!:wink:

    I hate running but I did my first 5k this year and I was proud to be apart of one. I def. am up for this challenge. Especially cuz It may get my body into fat burning gear faster then these past slow 5months!

    I'm in. I've been in a crumby, depressed state for 2 weeks and I've gained back 4 pounds that I've lost. I need to get back on track and I think this would be a great way to do it.
    Anyone is free to add me. The more motivation the better :)

    My first challenge too! I've just started my journey to health and fitness, and walking for 30 minutes a day seems like a great goal. I might be the slowest among all the walkers/joggers/runners, but my two elderly dogs and I are IN!
